【1】Trademark application process：
- Application Review：Our clients must first sign contracts with us so that we can establish cases and generate reports on the viability of trademark applications. Our clients will evaluate and confirm the viability of trademark applications based on our reports. We will ask our clients to remit a specified amount of money to our bank account, issue an invoice to our clients, file trademark applications to the Intellectual Property Office of MOEA and send copies of our applications and receipts from the Intellectual Property Office of MOEA to our clients.
- Approval from the Certification Authority：The reviewing period will last for 6 to 8 months. We will immediately notify our clients to pay for trademark registrations after we receive approval from the Intellectual Property Office of MOEA. Then, we will obtain the trademark certificates within 2 months and send them to our clients. The SOP for Trademark Applications is completed once our clients receive the trademark certificate. However, the trademarks will need to extended every 10 years. We will notify our clients to pay for trademark extensions in time, and help our clients through the SOP for Trademark Extensions.
